Over my 20-year career, I have achieved great results with municipal, provincial and federal governments, as well as international organizations.

Diana Apostolides
Vice-President, Operations and Strategy
Diana has been working in the international development sector since 2011. She has an honour's undergraduate degree in political science and peace and conflict studies, a MSc in Development Studies, and a Graduate Diploma in Public Policy and Program Evaluation. After completing her MSc in 2010, Diana spent the next four years living and working in protracted humanitarian contexts, including in Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, working for a number of international NGOs including ACTED, UNHCR and the Aga Khan Foundation, in roles focused on program design and development, project management, and monitoring and evaluation. Since 2015, Diana has been working in Canada, for a number of large development organizations including World Vision Canada, Save the Children Canada, Amref Health Africa in Canada and the MasterCard Foundation, including in leadership roles, overseeing the Business Development team at Save the Children Canada and the Programs team at Amref Health Africa in Canada. We are so happy to have Diana join the team! Yallenni Ilamvaluthy

We are thrilled that Yallenni joined our team in January 2022. Yallenni graduated from Humber’s well-regarded International Development PostGraduate Certificate program in 2020. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario. She is an excellent writer and researcher, who has worked for a variety of non-profit organizations, including: the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario, Eva’s Initiatives for Homeless Youth and the Pecaut Centre for Social Impact. She is currently working on strategy and innovation initiatives at West Park Healthcare Centre and has great interest in strategy and decision making to implement change in the not for profit and healthcare industries. In her spare time, she loves reading, swimming and traveling. Yallenni provides high quality research and analysis to support client needs.
RaeChelle-Faith Hamilton
Associate Consultant
RaeChelle-Faith Hamilton joined the JN Clarke team in February 2022, and is passionate about exploring the intersectionality of ethnicity and systemic narratives in framing policy work. Born and raised in Jamaica, she graduated with an LL.B. in 2016, and obtained a post-grad certificate in Government Relations from Seneca College in 2020.
For more than five years, RaeChelle-Faith worked and volunteered for organizations such as: CARICOM, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Division of Global Affairs Canada in Jamaica, the Yonge Street Mission, Leading in Colour, NATIONAL Public Relations and, most recently, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). She comes to JN Clarke with vast experience in program/ project coordination, government relations, non-profit administration, digital campaigning, educational consulting, research and writing, community organizing, stakeholder management, media relations, public policy analysis and interpretation, curriculum design and facilitation, as well as youth policy development, and community capacity building.
Prior to working at CREA, she interned as a Constituency Assistant with Beaches-East York Member of Parliament-- MP Nathaniel Erskine-Smith. She currently spearheads CREA's Election Campaign file while contributing to the Advocacy team's federal policy initiatives–including performing socio-political research, environmental scans and organizing lobby days.
RaeChelle-Faith will be working to advance government relations and business development efforts for JN Clarke Consulting clients.
